Since Runbest was established, software sourcing business has been one of her major businesses. Through years of efforts, Runbest has been greatly experienced in developing software for Japanese and American customers. In order to do better in software development for Japanese customers and go into the Japanese market of high technology and service. Runbest established a branch company in Japan in 2004. Over the past few years, Runbest has sent many employees to Japan for training, and by now Runbest has had a software development team with high technology, rich experience and good skill in Japanese language. Now Runbest is capable of designing, development, test and maintenance. Furthermore, Runbest established a representative office in US in 2006 to extend her business there. Up to now, Runbest has built long-term partnership with NEC, INTERLINK, Yamatake, Sumitomo Cement, NOVANIS, and etc.

Quality Assurance:

Runbest passed ISO certification of quality system in year 2000. In order to run in strict accordance with ISO requirements, Runbest set up the QC Department. For project management, Runbest uses project manager responsibility system. Members higher than Department Managers, together with QC Department, supervise the implement of project and quality. It is in Nov. 2004 that Runbest successfully passed the certification of CMM3, which further minimized risks and helped Runbest win more Chinese and foreign customers and extensive high comments.
